<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Provides one-on-one personal care and activities of daily living (ADL) support — bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders — in the client's private residence</li> <li>Supports household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to medical appointments or errands</li> <li>Monitors and documents client condition, vital signs, and incidents in accordance with care plan requirements</li> <li>Utilizes Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for accurate visit documentation and compliance</li> <li>Operates medical equipment as needed and maintains a safe home environment for each client</li> <li>Serves a diverse client population across varying ages, backgrounds, and functional levels in the Elkton area</li> <li>Maintains strict client confidentiality in all aspects of care delivery</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-mandated training or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across diverse home environments regardless of client age, background, disability status, or financial condition</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours preferred</li> </ul>
