<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted independent-level clinical license required — eligible disciplines include Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)</li> <li>Licensure must be active and unrestricted in the clinician's state of residence</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with direct outpatient psychotherapy and community-based treatment experience required</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required</li> <li>Preferred: 2 or more post-licensure years in outpatient or related mental health services</li> <li>Preferred: prior experience in managed care, utilization review or utilization management, telephonic clinical review, and/or inbound telephone queue environments</li> <li>Preferred: experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems</li> <li>Drug screening required prior to employment; must adhere to remote work telecommuter policy</li> </ul>
