<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance and reliable personal transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Current CPR certification required at time of hire</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program, or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across a PRN schedule</li> <li>Ability to function effectively in any home environment, serving clients of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred but not required</li> </ul>
