<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or demonstrated access to public transportation</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Florida state requirement: successful completion of a minimum 40 hours of training in areas required by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), or successful passage of the home health aide competency test (AHCA Form 3110-1007)</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and function independently in the field</li> <li>Ability to provide care across all patient demographics regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Pre-employment drug screening required</li> </ul>
