<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida</li> <li>Psychiatric nursing experience within the last five years, or documented psychiatric retraining or continuing education (CEUs) in lieu of recent experience</li> <li>Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire</li> <li>Valid driver's license, personal vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation (home health travel required)</li> <li>Ability to function independently across varied home environments</li> <li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills</li> <li>OASIS certification preferred</li> </ul>
