<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance and reliable personal transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Florida AHCA compliance required: completion of the 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varied home environments</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
