The position is community-based, delivering in-home personal care and health-related support services to patients across a broad range of ages and conditions. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or verified access to public transportation</li> <li>Current CPR certification</li> <li>Florida state requirement: successful completion of a minimum 40 hours of training in areas mandated by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), or passing score on the home health aide competency test (AHCA Form 3110-1007)</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours independently and adapt to varied home environments regardless of patient age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
