<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of the 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program, or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li> <li>Minimum six months of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across varied client home environments</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
