<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Primary focus on achieving and sustaining a minimum 4-STAR Medicare Advantage rating across assigned Tampa Bay market provider groups</li> <li>Serves as the primary point of contact for all STAR-related activities within assigned market(s), operating within a matrix relationship that spans Quality Corporate Operations and Regional/Market Operations</li> <li>Develops market-level business plans designed to motivate and engage providers in improving STAR measures</li> <li>Delivers analytical interpretation of STAR and HEDIS reporting, including executive summaries prepared for plan leadership and provider groups</li> <li>Conducts data mining to identify quality gaps, develop remediation plans, and build tools and databases to capture relevant data for each assigned provider group</li> <li>Leads CAHPS/HOS action planning and shared trend analysis in collaboration with the broader quality department</li> <li>Works collaboratively with the regional Education Consultant on outlier identification, barrier discussions, and provider education initiatives</li> <li>Partners with the Corporate Quality team on enterprise-wide quality initiatives and activities</li> <li>Reviews provider group structure, office operations, and personnel to identify the most effective engagement strategies for each practice</li> <li>Designs solution-based, user-friendly initiatives to support practice-level success</li> <li>Field-intensive role: 75% travel within Tampa and surrounding areas</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or a health plan setting</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of HEDIS experience and/or demonstrated HEDIS knowledge</li> <li>Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality, including Medicare market products and competitive landscape</li> <li>Experience in managed care working with provider networks and provider relations</li> <li>Demonstrated professional experience influencing and persuading changes in provider or clinical behavior</li> <li>Microsoft Office proficiency with exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Preferred: clinical and/or health education background; familiarity with clinical standards of care, preventive health, and STAR measures</li> <li>Preferred: proven ability to interact with medical staff and internal stakeholders at all levels; strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across clinical and non-clinical personnel</li> <li>Preferred: demonstrated ability to analyze complex, cross-functional process problems and implement actionable solutions; strong business acumen in the Medicare space</li> </ul>
