The area offers a low cost of living relative to South Florida metros, strong outdoor recreation (kayaking, fishing, birding, and year-round warm weather), and a short drive to Orlando's cultural amenities, theme parks, and major airport. For clinicians seeking a relaxed coastal lifestyle without sacrificing access to a nationally recognized clinical environment, the Space Coast is a compelling destination.</p>
