<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of recent Surgical Services leadership experience at the Director level, or equivalent strong Managerial experience in Surgical Services, required</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Surgical Services required</li> <li>Prior pediatric experience highly preferred; staff-level experience in Pediatrics, Mother/Baby, NICU, or Labor &amp; Delivery is accepted in lieu of surgical peds background</li> <li>Demonstrated competency in budget management, labor productivity, regulatory compliance, and quality outcome improvement</li> <li>Criminal background check required as a condition of employment per state law</li> </ul>
