About the Community
Lauderdale Lakes sits within Broward County, minutes from Fort Lauderdale's beaches, dining, and cultural scene — one of South Florida's most livable and dynamic metros. The region offers year-round warm weather, world-class boating and water sports, proximity to Miami and Palm Beach, and a robust private and public school landscape. Combined with Florida's absence of a state income tax and a comparatively lower cost of living than Miami proper, Broward County is a genuinely attractive destination for physicians relocating from higher-tax, higher-cost markets.
