<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred</li> <li>Active RN licensure in Texas or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Surgical Services at the Director level, or equivalent strong Managerial experience, required</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of applicable Surgical Services clinical experience required</li> <li>Prior pediatric experience highly preferred — will consider staff-level experience in Pediatrics, Mother/Baby, NICU, or Labor & Delivery</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance</li> <li>Criminal background check required as a condition of employment per state law</li> </ul>
