<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage &amp; Family Therapy, or a closely related field required</li> <li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure preferred; new graduates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning</li> <li>Strong crisis intervention and clinical communication skills</li> <li>Preferred clinical competencies: Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Substance Use Disorder treatment, case management, and care coordination</li> <li>Valid driver's license required, or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire</li> <li>BLS certification required within 3 months of hire</li> </ul>
