About the Community

Myrtle Beach sits along 60 miles of Atlantic coastline in the heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand — a region that offers year-round outdoor recreation, a low cost of living relative to comparable coastal markets, and a well-established community infrastructure including strong school options and a growing healthcare corridor. The area draws physicians who want proximity to beaches, golf, and warm-weather amenities without the cost or congestion of larger coastal metros, and Charlotte and Charleston are both within a comfortable driving distance for weekend travel or major-airport access.
