<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with 4 or more years of relevant experience</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida</li> <li>Current BLS certification required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a physician's office, clinical, or hospital setting</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of chronic disease management, specifically COPD/asthma, diabetes, CHF, and ischemic heart disease</li> <li>Proficient computer skills with electronic medical records</li> <li>Experience in patient education, motivational interviewing, and self-management goal setting preferred</li> <li>Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills preferred</li> <li>Pre-employment requirements include tuberculosis screening, proof of immunity or vaccination for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis, and passage of a drug test</li> </ul>
