<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active RN license in the state of New York (required)</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, OR 2 years of ED experience with demonstrated triage skills</li> <li>At least 1 year of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Epic EMR</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly across units with varying acuity levels and clinical priorities</li> <li>ACLS or PALS certification preferred; prior charge nurse or triage/emergency response experience a plus</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience across ICU, ED, or Med/Surg/Tele settings</li> </ul>
