Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain; willingness to obtain licensure at additional regional states as required
  • Demonstrated adaptability and strong interpersonal communication skills across diverse clinical teams
  • Comfort with the full spectrum of community and regional ED acuity across varied facility types
  • Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility and professionalism required for a multi-site coverage role
