<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Provides occupational health services across multiple sites and operations, with corporate-wide and global nursing support delivered through professional networks and committees</li> <li>Manages the full spectrum of occupational health case types: routine, non-routine, and complex injury/illness case management, including fitness-for-work determinations</li> <li>Performs, analyzes, and evaluates health screening data to identify potential workplace exposures; makes management-level recommendations and develops exposure-reduction programs in collaboration with other health professionals</li> <li>Develops and implements regional and global occupational health policies and procedures in consultation with the broader MOH team</li> <li>Provides and oversees routine and non-routine travel health preparation and assessment, including training other health professionals in this service line</li> <li>Assists in developing guidelines and procedures for Alcohol and Drug Use (ADU) testing programs</li> <li>Develops training programs for external medical services providers to ensure alignment with employer occupational health guidelines</li> <li>Contributes to global resource utilization improvement processes within the MOH function</li> <li>Serves as subject matter expert (SME) to other health professionals across the organization</li> </ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Nursing degree required; advanced nursing degree preferred; Physician Assistant or equivalent credential considered</li> <li>Active RN license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain), aligned to the location of operations supported</li> <li>Detailed working knowledge of occupational medicine, emergency medical response, toxicology, and the legal and regulatory framework governing occupational health care</li> <li>Clinical competencies required: case management, clinical testing, exposure assessment and controls, health education and counseling, infectious disease control, medication clearance assessment, occupational evaluations, travel health preparation, and emergency preparedness and response</li> <li>Behavioral profile: analytical, effective communicator, exercises independent judgment, and demonstrates sound risk management</li> <li>Experience with occupational health program management and familiarity with applicable local, regional, and global occupational health laws and regulations</li> </ul>
