<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active RN license in the state of New York (required)</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, OR 2 years of ED experience with demonstrated triage skills</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience</li> <li>Proficiency in Epic EMR required</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred</li> <li>ACLS or PALS certification preferred; prior charge nurse or emergency triage experience a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations and shift clinical focus across units with minimal ramp-up time</li> </ul>
