About the Community
Centralia is located in Lewis County in western Washington, positioned along Interstate 5 roughly midway between Seattle and Portland — offering genuine small-city livability with easy access to two major metropolitan areas. The region is defined by the foothills of the Cascade Range, abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, and skiing, and a cost of living well below the Pacific Northwest's urban centers. Physicians who value a tight-knit community, four-season scenery, and proximity to both the Puget Sound corridor and the Columbia River Gorge will find Centralia a compelling place to build a practice and a life.
