<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Integrated laboratory environment covering the Cardiovascular Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, and Interventional Neurology Lab — one of the broadest procedural scopes available to a cardiovascular RN</li> <li>Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including complex coronary interventions</li> <li>Peripheral vascular procedures and endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR)</li> <li>Full EP suite: ablations, ICD insertions and revisions, pacemaker insertions and revisions, EP studies, and loop recorder insertions</li> <li>Structural heart program: Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO)</li> <li>Interventional neurology procedures: carotid stenting, stroke thrombectomy, cerebrovascular aneurysm embolization, and Transcarotid Artery Revascularization (TCAR)</li> <li>RN independently circulates all cardiovascular and EP procedures; proficiency in X-ray fluoroscopy and intra-cardiac ultrasound operation is expected</li> <li>Documentation platform: MacLab and CardioLab systems used for real-time procedural and pre/post-procedure charting</li> <li>Procedural sedation administration per hospital policy; full pre- and post-procedure systems assessment and monitoring responsibilities</li> <li>Variable shift structure including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends; on-call pager response required</li> <li>Active preceptorship role for incoming staff — opportunity to shape the next generation of cardiovascular nurses</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required; Delaware licensure or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Required experience: ICU, CVICU, IMC, or Cath Lab — candidates with Med/Surg or new graduate backgrounds are not being considered at this time</li> <li>Preferred experience: prior RN role in a Cardiovascular and/or EP Lab setting</li> <li>Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); ADN candidates must commit to completing a BSN within 36 months of hire; BSN preferred</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited Nursing Diploma program also accepted</li> <li>Current BLS and ACLS certifications required</li> <li>Proficiency with X-ray fluoroscopy and intra-cardiac ultrasound; comfort operating diverse cardiology equipment</li> <li>Specialty certification pursuit encouraged as part of ongoing professional development</li> </ul>
