<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program required; candidates actively enrolled in an accredited BSN program with a confirmed completion date will be considered</li> <li>Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred; clinical specialty or nursing administration certification preferred</li> <li>Current RN licensure in New Mexico or eligibility for licensure through the applicable State Board of Nursing required</li> <li>Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership or management experience required; emergency department leadership experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital environment</li> <li>Proven track record in operational management, financial oversight, staffing, patient throughput, and regulatory compliance</li> <li>Position requires a criminal background check as a condition of employment per state law</li> </ul>
