About the Community

West Palm Beach sits on Florida's Atlantic coast in Palm Beach County — a region defined by year-round sunshine, waterfront living, and one of the most desirable quality-of-life profiles in the Southeast. The area offers world-class beaches, a vibrant arts and dining scene anchored by Clematis Street and CityPlace, top-rated public and private schools, and easy access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale to the south. Cost of living is competitive relative to South Florida's coastal markets, and Florida's absence of a state income tax adds meaningful take-home value to any compensation package.
