<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active MD or DO license in Texas, in good standing</li> <li>Board Certified or Board Eligible in applicable specialty</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; background in primary care or a related outpatient field preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessment and individualized treatment plan development</li> <li>Strong patient communication and education skills; comfort practicing independently within a team structure</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>Experience managing outpatient neuropathy or chronic conditions, knowledge of advanced neuropathy treatment technologies, and prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience are all advantageous</li> <li>Willingness to participate in ongoing provider training and clinical education programs</li> </ul>
