<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Florida, or eligibility to obtain</li> <li>Prior surgical experience required; neurosurgical experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Comfort with operative first-assist across cranial and spine cases</li> <li>Proficiency with or ability to perform bedside neuro-ICU and neurosurgical trauma procedures</li> <li>Ability to function with clinical autonomy within a collaborative, high-volume neuroscience team</li> </ul>
