<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO with completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited dermatology residency</li> <li>Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) or the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology (AOBD)</li> <li>Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure</li> <li>Strong clinical skills across general and surgical dermatology</li> <li>Prior experience in a general dermatology practice setting is advantageous but not required for consideration</li> <li>Interest in cosmetic dermatology is a plus, not a prerequisite</li> </ul>
