About the Community

Border Hill sits in New Mexico, a state defined by high desert landscapes, abundant sunshine, and a cost of living that allows a top-percentile physician income to go considerably further than in major metropolitan markets. New Mexico offers year-round outdoor recreation — hiking, skiing, and cycling — alongside a rich cultural heritage rooted in Native American and Hispanic traditions. The region's independent physician group model means clinicians here are embedded in a community they directly serve, with the stability and autonomy that comes from a financially sound, physician-led organization.
