Required Skills:
- Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Proven experience in high-volume pediatric emergency settings
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Prior experience in Level II and III NICU supported environments
- Experience in academic or teaching settings preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required
