<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)</li> <li>Active Texas license or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure in Texas</li> <li>Background in trauma, critical care, emergency medicine, or surgery preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated procedural competency and sound clinical decision-making in high-volume, fast-paced settings</li> <li>BLS required; ACLS, ATLS, and/or FCCS preferred</li> </ul>
