About the Community

Port Charlotte sits along Charlotte Harbor on Florida's southwest Gulf Coast, offering year-round sunshine, boating, fishing, and some of the state's most accessible Gulf beaches — including Englewood and Boca Grande — within a short drive. The area combines a relaxed waterfront lifestyle with a growing regional population, strong schools, and a lower cost of living than nearby Naples or Sarasota. Fort Myers, with its international airport, professional sports, arts scene, and expanded retail and dining, is approximately 25 miles to the south, providing urban amenities without the urban pace.
