Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Desire to build a community-focused practice
- Strong surgical skills with the ability to handle high-volume cases
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Fellowship training in Spine Surgery is preferred but not required
