Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time Post-Acute Care opportunity in Henderson, North Carolina. This role offers a 5-day work week, strong clinical autonomy, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.

- Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and ongoing care management
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- High level of autonomy with strong clinical support
- North Carolina NP or PA license required (or ability to obtain)
- DEA required
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred
