Required Skills:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient internal medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a focus on patient-centered care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Recent graduates seeking mentorship encouraged to apply
- Prior outpatient internal medicine experience preferred but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
- Active CA license or licensing eligibility
- Ability to manage a patient volume of 15-25 patients daily
- Willingness to participate in team referrals to specialty services such as cardiology, oncology, and robotic surgery
