Job Title: General Dermatologist – Practice Excellence & Growth

Required Skills:
- MD or DO with completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited dermatology residency
- Board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) or AOBD
- Active or eligible for Virginia medical licensure
- Proven ability to deliver full-scope general and surgical dermatology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in an established dermatology practice preferred
- Experience in cosmetic dermatology a plus, but not required
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible for Virginia medical license
- Opportunity for flexible start date
- Willingness to work 4-5 days per week (full-time preferred; part-time considered)
- Competitive salary range of $350,000 – $500,000+ (production-based uplift available)
- Employed position includes W-2 benefits, sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid time off
- Licenses and certifications as required by Virginia state medical board
