Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree with successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited dermatology residency
- Board certification or eligibility through the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) or American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology (AOBD)
- Active or eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
- Ability to deliver full-scope general and surgical dermatology
- Strong clinical skills with experience in medical and aesthetic dermatology (preferred but not required to start)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and team collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior experience in general and surgical dermatology
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse patient caseload
- Reltively new graduates or experienced providers welcome to apply
Other Requirements:
- Licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
- Availability to work 4 to 5 days per week, with flexible start date options
- Must be willing to perform full-scope dermatology and potentially expand into cosmetic procedures
