Physician – Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Care (Corpus Christi, TX)

Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or equivalent
- Valid Texas medical license and DEA registration
- Experience managing medically complex adult and geriatric patients
- Ability to develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborative approach working with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams
- Familiarity with population health and quality-based care initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience in post-acute, hospitalist, urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain Texas medical license and DEA license
- No required travel; flexible scheduling with a 4-day workweek
- Supportive clinical and operational infrastructure in place
- Additional licenses or certifications as needed
