Job Title: Spine Neurosurgeon
Overview:
StaffMED Health Partners is seeking a highly qualified Spine Neurosurgeon to join a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary Neuroscience team in the Chicagoland area. Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
- Fellowship training in Neurosurgery
- Expertise in Spine Surgery
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Neurosurgeons, ENT specialists, neuro-oncologists, and neurologists
- Flexibility to participate in clinic and operative schedules as determined by practice needs
- Experience with advanced procedures such as Skull Base Surgeries, Vascular Surgery, and Neuroplastic Surgeries (preferred but not mandatory)
Education and Experience:
- Fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery
- Established experience in a high-volume neurosurgical setting
- Prior involvement in research or clinical trials (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compensation package includes Salary Range: $600,000 - $900,000 annually, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
- Practice is cap-exempt for H-1B visa sponsorship and offers comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k) plan
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $600,000 - $900,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
