Job Title: Spine Neurosurgeon

Overview:
StaffMED Health Partners is seeking a highly qualified Spine Neurosurgeon to join a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary Neuroscience team in the Chicagoland area. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a world-renowned healthcare provider dedicated to delivering personalized, top-tier neurosciences care. Required Skills:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
  • Fellowship training in Neurosurgery
  • Expertise in Spine Surgery
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Neurosurgeons, ENT specialists, neuro-oncologists, and neurologists
  • Flexibility to participate in clinic and operative schedules as determined by practice needs
  • Experience with advanced procedures such as Skull Base Surgeries, Vascular Surgery, and Neuroplastic Surgeries (preferred but not mandatory)

Education and Experience:
  • Fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery
  • Established experience in a high-volume neurosurgical setting
  • Prior involvement in research or clinical trials (preferred)

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Compensation package includes Salary Range: $600,000 - $900,000 annually, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
  • Practice is cap-exempt for H-1B visa sponsorship and offers comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k) plan

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $600,000 - $900,000 annually
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
  • Comprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, CME allowance, meeting time, and 401(k)
  • Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Aggressive compensation structure not predicated on wRVUs, with strong administrative and leadership support
  • Practice provides opportunities for academic appointments, clinical fellowships, and attending positions
