<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification preferred; experienced APPs with a strong ICU or critical care background will also be considered</li> <li>Prior ICU or critical care clinical experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated procedural competency: intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement</li> <li>Comfort practicing with clinical autonomy in a fast-paced critical care environment</li> <li>Night shift experience preferred</li> <li>Active Texas advanced practice license or eligibility to obtain</li> </ul>
