<p>A physician-led gastroenterology group just outside Houston, Texas is recruiting an additional Gastroenterologist to step into an established, high-volume practice with a retiring partner's patient panel already in place. This is a general GI role with a strong quality-of-life orientation — no ERCP or EUS required — and a compensation structure that routinely exceeds $1 million at average patient volume.
