<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO with completed psychiatry residency training</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN)</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Indiana medical license — or eligibility and willingness to obtain</li> <li>Active, unrestricted DEA registration in Indiana</li> <li>Demonstrated inpatient psychiatric experience required</li> <li>Prior experience in a medical director or formal leadership role within an inpatient psychiatric setting strongly preferred</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate with hospital administration and lead multidisciplinary clinical teams</li> <li>Experience with telemedicine consultation and/or IOP programming is advantageous</li> <li>Additional certifications in psychiatric subspecialties or healthcare administration are a plus</li> </ul>
