Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity – Lake Charles, LA

Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with relevant emergency experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-acuity emergency department
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical record systems
- Proven teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of residency in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
- Prior emergency department experience in a similar clinical environment
- Ability to adapt to diverse shift schedules (day, mid, nocturnist)
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work shifts ranging from 36 to 41 hours per week
- Flexibility to take moonlighting shifts for additional income opportunities
- Sign-on and relocation assistance provided for out-of-area candidates
- License and Certification requirements to be verified upon application

- Compensation exceeds the 75th percentile of MGMA national benchmarks for Emergency Medicine
