Job Title: General Dermatologist – $1.0M+ Total Compensation

Join a thriving, physician-owned dermatology group in Southwest Missouri seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible General Dermatologist. Required Skills:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology
- Experience or interest in full-spectrum medical dermatology with office-based procedures (biopsies, excisions, injections, benign lesion treatments, ED&C)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with scribe support and team-based workflow
- Ability to manage a steady flow of new patients from a regional demand
- Comfort with multi-room flow and integration with dermpath/Mohs pathology
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Prior clinical experience in dermatology preferred but not required for eligible candidates
Other Requirements:
- Jurisdictio in Missouri (or appropriate state licensing)
- Ability to work a 4-day clinic week (standard template), with options to discuss a 5-day schedule
- Must adhere to practice’s documentation and workflow protocols
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total compensation potential exceeding $1.0 million annually, based on a combination of a competitive base salary plus a percentage of collections
- Base salary aligned with market standards, with additional compensation based on productivity
