Job Title: Sleep Surgeon – Neuroscience Institute

Overview:
Join a rapidly growing, innovative Neuroscience Institute in the Chicagoland area as a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Sleep Surgeon. This key role offers the opportunity to deliver world-class neurosurgical care for sleep disorders, particularly obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment committed to personalized patient care and cutting-edge research.

Required Skills:
  • Specialized expertise in surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and related sleep disorders
  • Experience performing sleep and ENT procedures including Inspire hypoglossal nerve stimulation, UPPP, septoplasty, nasal and palatal procedures
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary sleep rounds and collaborate with various specialties
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered care commitment
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency
  • Fellowship training in Sleep Surgery required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

Education and Experience:
  • MD/DO from an accredited institution
  • Experience in surgical treatment for sleep and upper airway disorders
  • Participation in research and publishing activities in the field of sleep surgery

Other Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in general ENT call schedule
  • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $300,000 - $500,000 annually
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
