Travel Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician

TeamHealth is seeking a Travel Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) for emergency department coverage in Charlotte, NC. ### What you'll do - Provide emergency medicine clinical care to patients across the acuity spectrum in an ED setting - Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illness and injury - Collaborate with supervising physicians and the broader care team on patient management - Document clinical encounters accurately and in compliance with departmental standards - Participate in shift-based coverage as assigned by TeamHealth scheduling ### What we're looking for - Active NP or PA license in good standing (North Carolina licensure required or in process) - Emergency medicine experience preferred - Certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA as applicable - Ability to travel and work flexible shift schedules - Strong communication and clinical assessment skills ### What's included - Competitive travel/locums compensation - Malpractice coverage provided by TeamHealth - Access to TeamHealth's national clinical network and support infrastructure ### About the practice TeamHealth is one of the largest physician and advanced practice staffing organizations in the United States, providing clinical outsourcing services to hospitals and health systems nationwide.
