<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree required</li> <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology – Head &amp; Neck Surgery</li> <li>Fellowship training in Rhinology / Skull Base Surgery required</li> <li>Proficiency in the full spectrum of advanced endoscopic sinus and skull base procedures, including transclival and transpterygoid resections, orbital decompression, and CSF leak repair</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing complex conditions including sinonasal malignancies, skull base pathologies, and HHT</li> <li>Prior collaboration with Neurosurgery, Oculoplastics, and Head &amp; Neck Oncology teams</li> <li>Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain</li> </ul>
