Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist – New Grads Welcome

Overview:

Required Skills:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
  • Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain (including upcoming board exam candidates)
  • Ability to conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics and helping children thrive
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to document services accurately using EMR systems
  • Ability to collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and other team members
  • Supervisory experience or ability to guide COTAs and students (preferred)
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but NOT REQUIRED – Interpreter support provided

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy settings

Other Requirements:
  • Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
  • Must be able to pass background checks and clearances as required
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling options
  • Must have or be able to obtain Oklahoma licensure and meet all licensing and certification requirements
